Can I get a refund?

Courses purchased in conjunction with an Audio Imperia sample library product are not eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of party of your purchase being digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a download has been made or the sample library serial has been registered in Native Access.

Courses purchased alone, or in conjunction with a discount (for example, a crossgrade as an owner of Audio Imperia’s Nucleus or Nucleus Lite Edition) are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
